Caramelized Ribeye Steak with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

➡️ For the Mashed Potatoes

◾️ 4 large potatoes, peeled & quartered

◾️ 4 tbsp butter

◾️ 1/2 cup milk or cream

◾️ Salt & pepper

✨ Directions:
1️⃣ Season steak with salt & pepper, let rest.

2️⃣ Caramelize onions in 1 tbsp oil over medium-low heat (15–20 mins), add garlic & thyme, set aside.

3️⃣ Cook steak in remaining oil, 3–5 mins per side, rest 5 mins.

4️⃣ Make mashed potatoes — boil until tender, mash with butter & milk, season.

5️⃣ Slice steak against the grain, top with onions, serve with potatoes.
