ingredients:
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper, combine and store in an airtight container)
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/4″ thin (I prefer Nitrate free)
1 1/2 C. rice, cooked (I cheat and use 1 boil in bag)
1 C. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 C. baby broccoli florets (I used frozen)
1 small onion, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
